Business Objects Developer

Duration: 6-12 month Contract
Location: Tulsa, OK


Duties focus on timely delivery of custom reports using the SAP suite of reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Desktop Intelligence, Web Intelligence, and Business Objects Interface).


Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering
• Business analysis
• Design of views and stored procedures for reporting use
• Business Objects universe creation and implementation
• Design, test, and development of Business Objects reports
• Support and maintenance of BO reports

Required Skills:
• Database knowledge and expertise: SQL Server 2005, 2008. Oracle 8 - 11.
• Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports, Business Objects 3.1 Suite (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, and Universe Designer).
• Advanced SQL scripting, utilization as well as modification and creation of complex stored procedures and logical data queries with error handling.
• Strong aptitude for design/interpretation of reports/database.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with the end-user to gain insight into reporting requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills
