Primary responsibilities:
- Performs Lead Developer Functions.
- Assists in mentoring junior developers,
- Assists in designing Architecture,
- Contributes to best practices/standards of SDLC.


Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of .NET Web Services, including SOA concepts.
- C# (VB.NET would be a plus)
- Windows Services
- SQL Server, ADO.NET
- Web Development - Strong UI including CSS, and JavaScript.
- Analytical skills. Being able to convey design concepts and work with the business as needed.
- Formal development methodologies. Experience working with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Team Foundation Server 2008.nice to have.
- SQL Server 2005/2008 - Including Data Modeling, performance tuning and development.
